Registration pages suck
This blog went through the reasons why registration pages suck, and what a good registration page looks like. It's tangentially related--sometimes all you want to do when applying for a job is send in a resume and be done with it.

Taleo sucks big time.
The endless unrelated questions, sometimes stupidly marked as answer required. Ex:
*Do you think Taleo sucks? Ans: Fu*k Yeah!
Oh, and what is the deal with 100Kbyte limit on attachments? I aren't asking for 1MB uploads but 100KB is just too low. Any word document edited couples times can easily exceed 100KB.
Taleo = Too cheap to buy hard drives and hire decent web page designer
