Minor update

I haven't written in here in a long time, mostly because I don't apply for jobs much anymore, so I haven't been annoyed by Taleo to bother caring about updating this blog. However, this blog still has a surprisingly actively life with its comments, and I love reading your comments about your experiences. If you care about this topic, follow the comments. One comment I received today did strike me as worthy of a new post. "By the way, taleo is owned by Oracle who are not using it for their internal recruitment system. This is the proof of how deep a shit is taleo. " I see that's true. The acquisition was finished in April 2012. And I see that they do indeed use a different system than Taleo, though it hasn't been that long since they companies became related to each other. Nevertheless, it's rather funny.

As of September 2012 Taleo *still* sucks beyond belief. I work for a high-tech Fortune-100 company that uses Taleo and I have proactively advocated for us to use anything other than Taleo. Our IT folks acknowledge it sucks (sorry, there is no other adjective that is a better description), and they are working with Taleo to address the sort-comings. I said, forget that. This software makes us LOOK BAD! And we have a great rep in the technology community, except when someone wants to join us.

I am trying to recommend a friend a several positions we have open, and again Taleo does nothing but get in my way. I'm only continuing because this person would be a great add to the team. But sometimes I just think "Forget it! Nothing is worse than the pain of dealing with this crap." Well, maybe Office 2010 with the Ribbon. ;-)

I have been on the job search for just about two months now and I wince in pain when ever I see the Taleo program pop up. I can't tell you how many times I have had the program crash on me, log me off or just grind to a halt.

I can only assume that the Taleo sales reps enter prospective companies with a trail of male and female prostitutes and a variety of farm animals. From here they must offer their services to all company employees if they will just use the taleo program. The program is so bad that this is the only answer that makes sense.

No wonder we have such a high unemployment rate with so many companies desperate for people. These Asshats are getting in the way.

Taleo is my enemy. The work I've done in my past is non-traditional and its relevance to a particular job must be explained in a cover letter. Taleo prevents this. Taleo reduces me to keywords. Is that all I am?

Tried for a little pion job with Family Dollar today. Taleo has made the application process far to time consuming. You have to select everything from their criteria. Guess the college I went to never exeisted since they don't have it listed in their data bank! The sad thing is, not enough companies are aware of these issues. They're to busy trying to outsource the H.R. Department, then wonder why they can't hire anyone.

The recruitment system Oracle use is a legacy system, Oracle iRecruitment. You may not believe it, but it's actually WORSE than Taleo.

Taleo is the application software from the worst kind of hell. I think they get joy from having people type the same LENGTHY asinine information over and over again until you go mentally insane. I noticed some Taleo apps have a "universal" Taleo login, but it never works. If you're going to fill out all that crap that is already on your resume, it should be a one time deal with one login that will automatically fill out all Taleo related applications. I wish I could B-tch slap whoever created Taleo!

When I see a job posting that uses Taleo, it's enough to make me abandon applying for the job. That's how much I hate Taleo.

To the CEO of Liveperson.com - actually found their email address.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello Robert,

On Craigslist Atlanta, I saw a position open for a Tier I Helpdesk specialist, only to see that Liveperson uses Taleo for recruiting. I know it is a large step to mail you directly, but Taleo represents everything Liveperson is not; I am not confident my resume will be seen by anyone here in Atlanta by using the supplied Taleo link. I hope this message can be passed on to the hiring manager in Atlanta, as I would love to work for your company and I do not think it would be possible for your HR team to select best-fit candidates using a flawed resume-scanning service that is known to job seekers as a dead-end path. I would gladly sacrifice 5 minutes of my time to meet with a live hiring manager than to submit my resume to a nebulous piece of software.

I am confident and competent in my skills and would be a true asset to your Atlanta office. I would be grateful if my resume would be sent to the appropriate person in Atlanta; thank you for your time in addressing this issue.

Sincerely,

Justin Griggs

Taleo is a stain on this world. I hope it gets butt cancer and dies a fiery death. Ok, I have to go pull the ice picks out of my eyes after f***ing with that crap application software.

Yep, they still suck. I cringe every time I see that Taleo in the URL.

So let me see, I attach my resume and am then expected to re-input everything on it. Hmmm...do I suffer through it or do I keep my sanity and hope my resume doesn't get filtered out for not putting it in. Maybe it's a mental test to see if you can stand it? Maybe they are giving away Taleo. Actually if I remember correctly, there are many variable that the sorry company using Taleo can filter and reject on. I think president Obama should launch an investigation and he'll see why the unemployment rate and suicide rate is so high. The number will be directly linked to how many companies use Taleo.

I applied for a job which I matched the skillset exactly. I scanned the words from the ad and made sure I used them in both the resume and the cover letter. Within an hour I got a rejection letter, so I know it wasn't seen by a human. I found the HR directors information for that company online - so I'm going the old fashioned route and send an old fashioned cover letter and resume via the mail. Taleo has made us go backwards.

I am currently stuck in a job that I absolutely despise. It's sad to say, but Taleo is probably the single biggest reason I'm reluctant to launch a full-scale job search for something better.

As much as I hate my job, the thought of spending hours each day entering in mounds of information (already available in my resume) into buggy, glitchy software, and facing the frequent crashes, the mis-timed and confusing email confirmations, the non-functional "Back" button, the irrelevant questions, and the user-unfriendly (to put it mildly) search function, is too horrifying to contemplate.

I went through that for a couple months back in 2010 and I damn near slit my wrists.

Btw - would be great if we kept these blog comments going. There's got to be thousands of job-seekers (millions even) who are similarly victimized by this horrid software.

Anonymous said...

Love the comments. Companies love Taleo but I hate it. As a rule, unless, I am a 98% match for the job, I will back out of a Taleo app. Pretty much a waste of time.

Anonymous said...

Taleo sucks. I have been applying for jobs for a year now and I cringe every time I see powered by Taleo. The funny thing is...I used to work for them years back. The software actually worked circa 2001-2002 when it was less complicated.

I recently interviewed with an HR manager who said he absolutely despised the software and cannot get any support. He says it is by far the worst HR product he has ever used.

It's miserable enough being out of work and applying for tons of jobs, but Taleo is the diarrhea icing on the shit-cake. It's the added insult to injury; the kick to the groin when you are already down.

If Taleo were a physical entity, I would give it a roundhouse kick and then set it on fire.

Hey. I run a burgeoning fitness blog/training company that integrates principles from "the axial age", Greek philosophy, Indian pranayama, trad martial arts techniques, and streamlines them into a scientific/behavioral psychology format.

Sort of a niche market ;p But I'm convinced that, given enough time and consistency, I'll be able to monetize my passion for fitness and health via the blog and quit my day job to focus exclusively on advice and personal training.

So let me say: what you have here is a gold mine. Given regular work, a decent format, anecdotal stories and/or HR product reviews, and Taleo Sucks could become a hugely influential (and well paying) bastion of sarcasm and levity for the unemployed, surely a growing sector of our economy.

Don't stop now. Continue your divinely-appointed mission to bear the gospel of Taleo's pointless evil to the four corners of the Earth!

I. Hate. Taleo. The number of times that I have gotten a call by applying via Taleo? Zero. The number of times I have gotten a call when sending my CV directly to an actual human being within the same company? 9 out of 10.

HR people are pretty much useless without this piece of crap software giving them an excuse to do even less than they did before. Now things have gotten to a point of comic absurdity.

My pet theory? Executive recruiters sponsored this nightmare to create more work for themselves.

My Company drop Taleo after about 1 1/2 years. They claim that Oracle discontinue it and that is why they are dropping it.

TS said...

The idea that they have of a Universal Profile is a great one - if I could enter my information once and then it is used for all of the companies I want to apply to that would be great. But it just does not work and I too have become a hater.

In any sales activity there is a sales funnel. At any time during the process potential sales drop out of the funnel. I wonder if companies really realize what percentage of people that arrive at a site called *.taleo.net actually immediately drop out of the process and furthermore how many will drop out before they actually complete the application? I know I have done both.

Mitch said...

My experience is, the more complicated/time-consuming an online job application... the less likely a response. Most responses I have gotten were from simple Craigslist ads or simple, uncomplicated online applications.
I feel, if the company has such an ordeal of an application process, why do I want to work for them anyway...

Anonymous said...

I have to wonder if the use of Taleo is to screen out potential candidates with a low threshold for BS as it sure it a torture to use. Possibly an early indicator of bureaucracy and dysfunction by the companies using it.

Anonymous said...

I have been typing for an hour to enter my profile. I hit Save and Continue, and I keep getting THE FINISHING TOUCHES SCREEN or THE SYSTEM ERROR SCREEN.

It will not accept my entries yet a lot of companies use this and it would be so great if it worked!!!!!!!

Yes, taleo sucks.

As the commenter above noted, it seems likely that it is engineered to produce job candidates of a sheep-like nature; those willing to undergo enless repetitive abuses without complaint.

If these employers treat their job candidates like that, what but pure evil could that possibly be in store for those who hope to become employed by them?

Taleo is an example for bad software design. It should be in wikipedia as an example for how software should NOT be written. I hope people who worked/work at Taleo read this.

It doesn't matter which website I go to. If Taleo is there I am out of there. I find it irritating as hell because the site "search" feature NEVER WORKS! The companies who use Taleo don't seem to care either. Great employers I say!

I encountered Taleo when I valiantly wrestled through its insanely buggy application-evaluation software for Citi. I really saw it as a bad omen, and boy was I correct.

Since then, I see their shitty software popping up for positions all oover the map. It's like a disease. And since I trained as computer scientist/programmer, I find their popular (cheap) incompetence more than a little galling. This is a true example of jobs being taken away from competent Americans--and I don't care if their employees are WASPs who actually live in Dublin, CA--so beside the point. Screw Taleo!

Anonymous said...

I am so glad that I am not the only one that feels like Taleo is a worthless piece of shit. I've probably filled out 25 of the damn things in the last month and it's been hell. The absolute worst is the date select function for work experience where I literally have to wait 15 seconds for it to update the calendar each time I press forward/back month/year. I passed over applying to a position at Oracle simply because I did not want to be involved in the pain and suffering of others who are in my current position.

Thanks for letting me vent...

I feel like we might *finally* be turning the corner on this Taleo crud. More and more firms seem to be using LinkedIn to post jobs and receive applications. The process there couldn't be easier - upload resume, paste in optional cover letter, click "Submit". Done. Beautiful.

The Taleo parasite still proliferates the career sections of corporate websites, but my thinking is that it's reached its peak and will decline over the next 1-2 years.

Wow. I stumbled across this blog after job searching for 2 years. If only I had known there was a place for people like us! I was so excited to see that Taleo finally gave the option of a Universal Profile. But the Universal profile page is actually broken. No worries, I figure I will check back in a day or two. After several days of the site being down, (gets you to a "give your friends a prop" screen and from there the "CONTINUE" button is broken, no way to proceed) and with no tech support or means of alerting the webmaster of the issue, I decided to call the 1-800 number. I went through 2 "press the correct #" menus before I got a person, who transferred me to another person, who transferred me to IT. All three employees, including IT, told me that they had no way of getting this information to the webmaster. The IT person told me the only way to get the site fixed is to complain to one of the companies that uses the site to find candidates. Really? You would seriously prefer to find out LATER from a paying customer that your technology is down, than find out NOW from a user of your crappy product? I'm sorry I wasted my time contacting them, I thought it was the right thing to do.

Here's a tip to all...only a very small percentage of hires are people who apply to jobs. The rest of them are people who know how to network.

How do I know this? I work as a recruiter with a company that has close to 20,000 employees. We have 10,000 applicants per month. How many recruiters do we have? 20...

I hate Taleo as much as the rest of you, if not more. But I can honestly tell you that I've never gotten a job because I applied to it. All of the opportunities I have gotten were a direct result of the fact that I researched the job, company, and key players for the position I was aiming for.

Please take my advice. It will get you a job. Instead of spending your time bitching on pointless blogs like this, get out there and network and prove yourself to people. Connections will take care of you and find jobs FOR you.

It's bugged as hell and keeps asking very stupid questions. I Learned the hard way to save and quit to make sure it's actually saved, not to mention that I have to repeatedly enter the same information every time I apply for a job.

I want to add that I have never once been contacted or had my application status updated after applying.

I'm applying for very senior jobs and this is a huge waste of time for me. It's best to deal directly with recruiters rather than go through this.

Taleo is a perfect illustration of the sad fact that, if you have as much money as Oracle does, you don't really have to care much, if at all, about the quality of the software. Another sad fact is that companies that use Taleo, the really big ones, don't care about its bugs either because there are more applicants than jobs anyway. So, why bother? I don't want to sound like I am just a grumpy guy who hates Taleo (and crappy ATS - haven't seen any other yet - in general) for some personal reasons, here is an "amusing" write-up: http://1stopit.blogspot.com/2014/03/some-thoughts-triggered-by-just-another.html The post doesn't give the name of the ATS, but from the screenshots it's obvious that it is Taleo. Funny thing is that the answer was ALREADY in the box. So I attempted to submit it again and it still wouldn't work. So guess what Macy's? I'm not shopping at your store for a LONG TIME!!!

A few months ago, I thought that I would create a "Taleo Profile" to save time when applying for jobs.

With a "Taleo Profile", you can import your profile into a company's Taleo and then apply for the job with all of the fields already filled out.

Just tried to do it in July 2014 and the import failed.

Taleo is absolute garbage.

I apologize if I am repeating comments made already as I did not detail read every reply to the original post.

First I wish to mention that I have worked as a hiring manager where we used Taleo & Unicru. These services are very similar with the basic difference is that Taleo is mainly relied upon for salaried or "professiona;" positions where Unicru is mostly used for line-level/entry level hourly positions. The biggest reason employers enjoy using these services is that it allows them to blame a "middleman" in possible discrimination and hiring bias investigations.

These services use a pass or fail formulas based upon criteria they claimed to have determined to weed-out undesirable candidates. If an employer inquires as to what the criteria is that is being used they are informed it is confidential and proprietary technology. The employer is allowed to add specific qualifiers such as desired experience, specific education or schedule among other job specific factors.

An applicants information is scanned checking dates, education, experience and can be flagged as "fail" for any reason they determine and the service will not disclose specifically why. ALL applicant information is made available to the hiring employer, although the "pass" list is made directly accessible. The "fail" list is posted to the employer's portal where they can review it and are permitted to view and hire from individual applicants. But, most employers have a policy of not viewing or hiring any applicant that "failed".

This behavior creates a liability vacuum and finger pointing blame game when there is a question concerning the reason why a candidate's application was not reviewed by the employer. The HR service says that they merely rank applicants based upon "industry proven" criteria and that the decision to hire is purely set upon the employer. The employer can claim that they made their decision based upon the ranking of applicants that the service provided. Since the criteria used to Intellectual Property it is not easily accessed in an investigation and would require a court order to access it - which is costly.

It is believed that hiring services uses various means to flag "protected status" information about candidates through other means - such as matching provided information against demographic databases. By living in a certain neighborhood you could get flagged as "undesirable" because your neighborhood has higher crime, higher poverty rates, consists of a large minority group or all sorts of other factors. Even your work, volunteering, education histories can lead to identifying you as undesirable. Such as, if you volunteered for an HIV/AIDS organization you may be LGBT. Or, if you worked for a political or social organization that may be deemed "problematic" you may be marked as a "fail".

HR managers love this as all they have to do is print out the datasheets for those that passes, scan through for those that they feel don't meet specific criteria and turn over the remaining applications to the hiring manager. They don't have to spend days sorting through resumes or applications that are dropped off or mailed in and they don't have to deal with phone calls from interested applicants. The employer can cut their HR department down to 1 person who oversees benefits and labor department requirements.

But there is more... see part 2

Anonymous said...

Part 2...

As an unemployed person over 40 I am running headlong into the problems of these HR services. In my eyes they are all bad news. Taleo being among the biggest gets all the attention but they all play the same game. Another component to the problem is the other HR services being offered through their consulting branch. They are spreading an elitist view point of what makes the ideal candidate. That is why you will find that despite your experience and specific education you are not getting any traction on applying for positions that you are qualified for. It is also why that if you are unemployed you are having a tougher time finding a position - it has more to do with the "rule" that unemployed people are undesirable candidates because after all, their last employer didn't want them. Someone that has 10, 15, 20 years experience loses out to a person with no experience but has a degree in an unrelated field - a person with a degree is more trustworthy, dependable and will work harder. Now, even the college educated know that is not 100% accurate. This scenario is especially troubling when they are asking for specific degrees for fields that do not exist or when they ask for any degree for an entry level unskilled position (mail room clerk should not require a degree!!!).

These services exist for one reason only, and that is to make money. They offer employers a suite of services that is presented as a way to save them time and money. Many businesses have removed HR positions within their ranks and empowered managers and supervisors with the responsibility of using the service's portal with only a higher level HR manager/director providing oversight through scorecards and reports.

It boils to that there are tons of jobs out there, though still not enough for all the people who wish to work, but they won't get hired because a programmed discriminatory algorithm has deemed them undesirable while employed people are bouncing around jobs.

Someone on a blog somewhere mentioned that we need to apply a tax penalty to employers who use these services. That is silly and would never happen. But, a tax incentive to hire an individual that has been unemployed for more than 90 days could easily be brought about. In fact, similar tax incentives have been used in the past. There also needs to be strict oversight by the department of labor into the criteria used, processes and structure of HR Management Services and require that the employer and HRMS share in liability of any discriminatory and deceptive practices.

Thank you...

What a god-damned fucking piece of shit Taleo software is. Mother Fucker!

Re-writing my resume in this crap software makes me want to become a fucking home-grown corporate terrorist.

I need a job, badly, but I simply refuse to use this software any more. I guess I have been successfully weeded out as a candidate. If your company is so lousy and inconsiderate that you make candidates go through this extremely painful, time-consuming, and unnecessary process, then I guess I don't want to work for you anyway.

I have a resume for a reason. Read it, call me, and make a hiring decision. It's that simple. Don't try to add me to your fucking proprietary database.

So pissed off right now.

Nothing to add about Taleo, because you guys have said it all. But a word about networking, for the smug HR dweeb a few screens up: I hate to clue you, but you can do all the networking in the world (and trust me, I do), but a lot of companies have policies that require all hires to go through their ATS (read: Taleo). You can be sleeping with the effing CEO, and you still get screened out and put in the "fail" black hole. This has happened to me multiple times (not that I was sleeping with the CEO, but I had worked with, or for, people at a company who had posted an opening). I hit them up, they say great, you'd be perfect for this job, go fill out our Taleo form! Thud. That is the reality of today's hiring environment -- networking is a must, as in the past, but the Wall of HR has grown so high that in many cases, no amount of networking can get you around it.

It also wanted me to finish a questionaire on Tax Credits, which I completed, but it would not recognize that I completed it, and let me click Submit.
After completing the questionaire section, I was taken to a page that said "Thank you for completing the assessment", and even showed the date of completion, but when I clicked Submit, it kept saying, "Tax Credit Assessment must be completed to continue"??
So, I HAD to back up a page, and try again, and this time it worked.

I've spoken with several HR folk and recruiters, they hate it too. If you want to see a cpl of decent systems, see what Verizon and PCM use.

No need to update, as you aren't missing a thing. They still suck donkey balls. If you have forgotten your log-in name and password--which happened to me, because I've moved several times and lost paperwork in the process--you are fucked. It seems that, in order to get your log-in name, you need to know your password, and vice-versa. If you don't know either, there is no way to contact Taleo to ask them what to do next, and you will simply have to make a new account with them using a different email address. I refuse to do this, as I believe one account with Taleo to be one too many. The fact that they make it impossible to contact them proves they are running a shady business, or else they are just jerks who don't give a shit about their customers. And if they don't care, I have to assume that anyone doing business with them doesn't care, either. They don't care about their employees, either, as is proven by the fact that you have to jump through hoops like a trained circus dog just for some pissant minimum-wage job standing at a cash register all damn day. Only the mentally ill would want anything to do with Taleo.

I get it - Taleo sucks. So, can someone please recommend some alternatives ? What else is out there that's better than Taleo ?

Taleo is the worse piece of software $hi7 ever designed. Can someone tell me if it was designed by the same people who created the ObamaCare website? Also, how the hell is it that this POS is used literally by everyone. Are there morons running 90% of the HR departments?

you know folks, if we ALL refused to use it and not apply to those jobs with co's that do use it, then eventually they'd get the msg. of course we prob have 0 chance of getting the job but that's about all we can do.

a buddy of mine sent Taleo and email asking them why he couldn't just enter all his info 1 time and use that for ALL Taleo powered job apps and they said "sure you can, but that's an option we charge for!"

Personally, unless my profile is already out there i refuse to use it for new applys, i simply will not waste the time it takes. i will also look on Linkedin for a diff way into the poster.

45 minutes to fill in the bullshit questionnaire.

10 seconds to output this banal shit - "After careful consideration, we did not identify complete alignment between your skill set and our requirements. We invite you to continue looking for other CH2M opportunites in the future."

"careful consideration??????????????"

Go fuck yourselves!

Still it is the market leader. It is the best futuristic product available in the market, just that some people dont know shit about the system.

I just did a 45 min application (re) filling out my application with this retarted product. It's 2016 why are people still using it?

I got hit with the Curse of Taleo again this morning....
I was trying to complete an application, and finished it all, but the last page said to either Edit information, or click Submit.
Problem is that there was no Edit button anywhere, nor any Submit button on the page at all. :<
Of course it is Sunday, and I cannot reach anyone to ask about this stupidity.
I HATE TALEO, what a pile of garbage!!

After many years of being enraged by Taleo I Googled "fuck Taleo." I'm please with these results.

I spent years of my life studying to land my dream job. I've slain many academic dragons and drove spears through the hearts of many intellectual ogres. As I stand at the gates to face the demon job-interviewer barring my entrance to the job of my dreams, I realize the greatest obstacle of them all is this stupid gate called Taleo that won't even let me request a duel with said job-interviewer!!!!! Curse you Taleo!!!!!!!!!!!!! CURSE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no bigger resume black hole than Taleo. It's the worst software ever for applicants. Every single site that uses Taleo, still asks to identify your race. There is no option to opt out. I am based out of Canada and it picks up my country of residence from Italy. Where the hell did Italy come from? That particular keyword doesn't even appear on my resume. If I had a third hand, I would happily give it three thumbs down!

I am surprised there was not a mass shooting at Taleo during the recession, from some person gone completely berserk from the soul crushing system that is Taleo. I swear this thing gave me PTSD.

Fucking taleo.. i really hate it.. i dont apply to a job where i see fucking taleo url.. mot&%^$%^& Fuc%$# Taleo

Not Taleo, but close enough. I got rejected within a couple hours of completing a job application at AT&T for an installer position because I quote, "did not pass the testing requirements for this position."

Dear AT&T: I'm applying to be an electronics tech, you don't need me to be anything other than somebody who can drive a van and knows how to use a shovel, screwdriver, razor knife, and crimper. I would like to know the name and address of your actual, living VP of Human Resources so I can walk up to him and physically hand over my resume packed with electrical and digging experience and then tell him which orifice he needs to ram both it and his godawful gatekeeper software into.

fuck you, taleo.

Still sucking worse than paper, December 16 2016.

Any company stupid enough to still be using this does not want to hire ... anyone like me.

must be a stupid stupid company, United Health Group -- UGH.taelo.net -- the bottom of the barrel.

I also now know who i will NEVER get health insurance from.

Thank you so much for having a suck on Taleo blog! I have wasted much time using it and feel your frustrations. Anybody know a good way to avoid it while job searching? Happy Hunting Everyone

2017-April: I was thrilled to find this blog. Taleo is such utter crap. It's bewildering to discover how many LAZY companies leverage this unfriendly, poorly-designed, counter-intuitive portal. There is only ONE me .. and, despite using the SAME email address, for every single job to which I apply, TALEO doesn't recall a single fact about me, my home address, my background, jobs, experiences, NADA. As a result, candidates like me are forced to reenter this information over and over and over, for every unique company who painfully believed that TALEO was the best choice for candidate portals. GOOD GRIEF!

Keywords: recruiting hiring candidate cloud portal

Taleo is terrible. What's also so annoying is that I don't think any of the HR/recruiting staff look at any of the fields you have to fill out. There's always the introductory phone screen where they ask you all the same questions you submitted on your resume, then resubmitted through Taleo.

Taleo is f'ing stupid. Its society's punishment for you to be unemployed. You have to take thousands of beatings which gives back totally ZERO results. Its one of those things I cannot stop asking "Why does it exist?"
Probably we need a online petition or Washington DC march to take this scum off the face of the earth.

I was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) when I was 46 years old 2 years ago. The Rilutek (riluzole) did very little to help. The medical team did even less. My decline was rapid and devastating. my arms weakened first, then my hands and legs. Last year, a family friend told me about DOCTOR JAMES Herbal mix medicine and his effectiveness in treating l ALS , I contacted him. and ordered for his herbal mix medicine, i was happy to report the treatment effectively treated and reversed my Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), most of the symptoms stopped, i was able to walk and eat well, sleep well and exercise regularly., i'm pretty active now and my attitude is extremely positive.i joyfully recommend you to DR.JAMES because health is wealth this is a very bad experience with those living with ALS or any other diseases like Shingle, schizophrenia,Bipolar,Stroke, Parkinson's disease,Schizophrenia,Cancer,Scoliosis,Bladder Cancer,Colorectal Cancer,Breast Cancer,Kidney Cancer,Leukemia,Lung Cancer,Skin Cancer,Uterine Cancer,Prostate Cancer,Fibromyalgia,a
